Level 4 Postural Assessment Corrective Exercise
This postural assessment corrective exercise module is a must for any advanced trainer. Throughout this course you will be taught advanced anatomy and physiology, advanced biomechanics of movement, analysis of movement and movement dysfunction by our clinical team
You will be taught how to develop corrective exercise strategies for managing posture and improving movement dysfunction. As the first training provider in the UK to offer an AIQ s Postural Analysis & Movement Correction module we have been fundamental in the development of this area of work through our clinical team at the Drummond Clinic. This postural assessment corrective exercise module can be taken as a stand alone CPD Certificate to enhance your professional development. It can also be completed as an additional certificate in combination with the AIQ Diploma In Personal Training, AIQ Diploma In Teaching Mat Pilates and the AIQ Diploma In Teaching Hatha Yoga, as well as progression from a number of other courses. We believe ‘everyone has the right to move well’ and with this module you will develop your diagnostic ability to analyse your clients movement and increase their potential to move through your corrective exercise programming.
This course is internationally accepted and recognised by REPs & CIMSPA.

WHO IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR?
- Individuals 16 years and over
- Those working as fitness instructors or wishing to train to become a Pilates instructor or personal trainer
- Advanced instructors in Pilates, exercise referral and personal training
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?
- Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Pilates or Yoga or equivalent
- Yoga must include the national level 3 anatomy & physiology theory paper
